Exchange/Return Policy

We hope you love your purchases, but if an exchange or return is needed, we are glad to help!

Exchange/Return Eligibility

Most purchases are eligible for exchange/return. Please see the criteria below for details.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Clearance, sale, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchange/Return Process

Follow the steps below to exchange or return your purchase.
IMPORTANT: Item must be shipped to our office within 14 days of the order date.

NOTE: All shipping charges will not be refunded.

  1. Send an email noting your reason for exchange/return to info@nayaellaboutique.com.
  2. Complete our Exchange/Return Form.
  3. Ship the completed form and your item to us. 

Once we receive your shipment, we will process the exchange or return in 5-7 business days.

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged upon receipt, follow the steps below.

IMPORTANT: Send an email within 5 days of receipt of your item. If an email is received after this time frame, we can no longer be held responsible.

  1. Send an email with a picture of the damaged area to info@nayaellaboutique.com.
  2. Upon receipt of our new shipping label, ship the damaged item to us.
    Once we receive your shipment, we will process the exchange or return in 5-7 business days.
